Oomph Made - Tunbridge Wells - Office Based
As Technical Sales Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving global adoption of Pulper Zero, our fully recyclable and biodegradable RFID solution. You will work with key industries such as retail, logistics, fashion, pharmaceuticals, and consumer goods to deliver cutting-edge, sustainable RFID solutions.
Your role is to educate the market, identify business opportunities, and build strategic partnerships that lead to increased adoption of Pulper Zero. You will work closely with product, marketing, and sustainability teams to craft compelling product solutions that align with corporate sustainability goals.
· Market Expansion & Business Development – Develop and implement a strategy to position Pulper Zero as the leading sustainable RFID solution in global markets.
· Customer Engagement & Solutions Selling – Build relationships with key decision-makers in retail, logistics, supply chain, and manufacturing, demonstrating how our products enhance sustainability while maintaining performance.
· Technical Expertise & Consultation – Translate complex RFID technology and sustainability benefits into clear business value for customers, providing technical guidance on implementation.
· Sustainability & Compliance Leadership – Work with customers to help them meet sustainability regulations and carbon footprint reduction targets using RFID technology.
· Competitive & Industry Analysis – Stay ahead of market trends, competitor innovations, and global sustainability initiatives, feeding insights into product development.
· Collaboration with Internal Teams – Work closely with product development, marketing, and engineering to refine product positioning and develop sales enablement materials.
· Sales & Forecasting – Set and track sales targets, creating detailed reports on market traction, customer feedback, and future opportunities for senior management.
We are looking for a proactive, sustainability-focused sales leader with strong technical knowledge and a passion for driving adoption of environmentally friendly RFID solutions.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
· 3-5 years of experience in B2B technical sales, RFID solutions, or IoT technologies.
· A strong understanding of RFID, NFC, IoT, or smart label technology, ideally with a focus on biodegradable and recyclable solutions.
· Experience selling to global brands in industries such as retail, fashion, logistics, pharma, and consumer goods.
· Ability to translate complex technology into clear business benefits, particularly in relation to ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiatives.
· A track record of closing high-value deals with enterprise customers, working across multiple stakeholders.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to speak to both technical and non-technical audiences.
· A strategic, growth-focused mindset, capable of identifying long-term business opportunities and navigating complex sales cycles.
