Overview

As Product Marketing Lead, you will bridge the gap between our technology and the market, ensuring our messaging resonates with both technical and non-technical audiences. You’ll develop compelling content, support product launches, and enable our sales team with the right materials to win new business.

Responsibilities

  • Product Positioning & Messaging: Define clear, differentiated positioning for our products that aligns with customer needs and market trends.
  • Content Creation: Develop high-quality technical marketing content in conjunction with internal or external design resource, including whitepapers, product guides, case studies, blog posts, presentations, and sales enablement materials.
  • Go-To-Market Strategy: Work closely with sales and product teams to plan and execute product launches, ensuring effective communication of product benefits.
  • Industry Research & Insights: Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to refine our marketing strategy.
  • Customer Engagement: Gather customer insights and feedback to shape messaging and product development.
  • Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with compelling product collateral, presentations, and training materials.
  • Digital & Demand Generation Support: Optimise website content, SEO, and lead-generation campaigns.

Required Skills

We are looking for a strategic yet hands-on marketer who understands how to communicate technical products effectively. You may come from a pharmaceutical, RFID, IoT, or technology background, with a strong ability to simplify complex concepts.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

  • A degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience in product marketing, technical marketing, or B2B technology marketing.
  • The ability to create compelling content and messaging with minimal supervision.
  • A solid understanding of technology-driven products, ideally RFID, IAM, or IoT-based solutions.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into customer-friendly narratives.
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset – comfortable with problem-solving and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with SEO and digital marketing tools and platforms.
