    Overview

    As our Technical Sales Manager, you’ll dive into our innovative products, leading our PCL business to new heights. You’ll work closely with operations, dispatch, and customer service teams, driving growth and achieving sales targets. This role will give you the chance to become a pivotal figure in our company, offering unparalleled progression opportunities for those ready to shine.

    You will also be working closely with the PCL Product Manager and the Digital team to develop the relevant customer collaterals, assets and sell-in tools needed to grow awareness and consideration for the PCL brand.

    We’re looking for someone who is ambitious and dynamic with the drive and determination to challenge status quo and achieve goals. You will work with and be supported by a high-performing Sales team.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead PCL to profitable growth, achieving targets within commercial printers and wholesalers.
    • Develop strong relationships with our customers and colleagues across Europe.
    • Become a trusted advisor while exploring new business opportunities with exciting product ranges.
    • Be creative in finding solutions for our customers and winning new business.
    • Lead from the front in new material / product development, acting as the primary contact for our customers.
    • Enhance our presence in the print industry, through effective networking and high-impact industry events.

    Required Skills

    • You are an ambitious, dynamic individual with experience in key account management and new business development. Experience within the dynamic print industry is a huge advantage.
    • You’re a resilient team player, excellent at building relationships and excited by the prospect of bringing creative solutions.
    • You have excellent communication and negotiation skills, and you are comfortable with working alone as well as working within teams.
    • You are independent, can prioritise your work effectively and do what it takes to get the job done.
    • You have an enthusiasm to meet, network and attend industry events, dinners, and conferences, and quick to act and pursue opportunities.
