Overview

We are hiring a talented and proactive E-Commerce Manager to own and execute the online strategy for two fast-growing brands: ID&C and Badgepoint. This is a hands-on, execution-driven role where you will manage digital performance, shape customer journeys, and deliver measurable growth in site traffic, conversion rate, and revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Website and Conversion Optimisation – Manage and optimise our e-commerce platforms to maximise growth and conversion.
  • Content Strategy – Deliver conversion focused digital sales strategies, campaigns, and product launches across the UK and EU markets.
  • Performance Analytics – Use analytics to provide clear visibility on performance and ROI, spotting new opportunities.
  • SEO and PPC – Oversee SEO and PPC campaigns, improving organic and paid search performance.

 

  • Champion customer experience – Introducing bold innovations to enhance the customer journey.
  • Team Collaboration– Working closely with marketing, developers, sales, and operations across both brands to align online and offline activity.
  • Plan and execute email and CRM campaigns across platforms (MailJet / Dotdigital), supporting segmentation, automation, and improved engagement.
  •  Ensure consistent messaging and localised content across multiple regions, maintaining brand, legal, and UX standards

Required Skills

  • Language Requirements: English (fluent); German advantageous; French or Dutch beneficial
  • Proven experience managing and optimising e-commerce platforms such as Magento and WordPress, with hands-on experience in Amazon Seller Central.
  • A data-driven commercial mindset with a strong track record of using analytics to guide decision-making, win the digital shelf, and drive online growth.
  • Solid understanding of SEO, PPC, digital marketing, and analytics, with the ability to integrate them into a cohesive e-commerce strategy.
  • Forward-thinking and creative, always anticipating evolving online trends and confidently bringing bold, innovative ideas to life.
  • Skilled at leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead of the curve and deliver business-impacting solutions.
  • A self-starter with proven experience leading initiatives and taking full ownership of deliverables, from concept to execution.
  • Excellent project management and collaboration skills, with the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with B2B and B2C industries across UK, Germany and European markets.
