The Role

We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing and nurturing relationships with a portfolio of key accounts within our brand. The successful candidate will be responsible for retaining and expanding these accounts by understanding their needs, providing exceptional service, and introducing innovative solutions that add value. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with key accounts.
  • Understand the specific needs and objectives of your accounts and work closely with the internal teams to ensure we meet and exceed those goals.
  • Regularly review account performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to increase account growth and satisfaction.
  • Act as the main point of contact for your accounts, addressing any issues and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for new product offerings or enhancements to existing products.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on account status, including progress, challenges, and solutions.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and potential threats to your accounts; adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Participate in client meetings, industry conferences, and events to represent ID&C and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Required Skills

  • Proven work experience of at least 3 years as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Experience with CRM software and account management systems.
  • Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Solid experience with MS Office (particularly MS Excel); experience with sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
